Introducing Tanya Goldie!
Tell us a little about yourself / your business….
I have been working as a Naturopath on the Coast for over 24 years. I love my job; each day is unique and very rewarding.
What inspired you to begin your business?
While I was at college I worked from home as a sports massage therapist. Once I graduated it seemed to be a natural progression to open my first clinic in Burleigh. After some time I ventured into a Pharmacy in the hope of expanding my practise into the areas of fertility and children’s health. From there I have maintained my own busy practice on a full time basis, managing to birth and bring up two of my own very beautiful children.
What message do you hope your business spreads?
People can be empowered to understand, enhance and heal their bodies using natural foods and nature’s medicine.
How do you look after yourself?
I do my best to be mindful of my body and soul and what I need. I love meditation and a swim in the ocean.
What wellness practices do you bring into the office?
I am very mindful of being calm and relaxed as i move throughout my day at work. I also trust that what happens is meant to be, and that all will be well.
If you could only have 5 favourite foods what would they be?
Raspberries, Mangoes, Chocolate, raw milk and spinach
