Refund and Returns Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website.
How to return an item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 if within Australia and 28 days for the rest of the world of your purchase.
Please email us using the form below to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking code for posting. Mail your returned item to: probioskin.com P.O. Box 340, Nobby Beach, Queensland 4218 Australia. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
- Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging.
- We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
- We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
